To compare the incidence of malaria from 4 weeks to 1 year of age among children born to mothers randomized to receive intermittent preventative therapy in pregnancy (IPTp) with monthly sulfadoxine pyrimethamine (SP) alone, monthly DP alone, or both monthly SP+DP.
