Objective: The major objective is to demonstrate the socio-economic impact of PPR within the small ruminant livestock systems and value chain. Specifically, the study will;

• Determine the impact of PPR on ruminant production systems, value chains and the livelihoods of the value chain actors.
• Assess the ex-ante impact of the different control options of PPR given contextual drivers of the disease
• Evaluate potential demand for PPR vaccine within the small ruminant production systems

The baseline focuses on impact and outcomes at Levels 3, 4 and 5 as defined by the foundation. ,
