The study sets out to evaluate the relationship between institutional policy implementation and employees’ level of job satisfaction amongst administrative staff in selected universities in Uganda.
1.To determine the relationship between compensation benefits and employee level of job satisfaction in selected universities in Uganda.
2.To investigate the effect of the physical work atmosphere on employee level of job satisfaction in selected universities in Uganda.
3.To establish the contribution of promotion to employee level of job satisfaction in selected universities in Uganda.
4.To assess the influence of staff training and development on employee level of job satisfaction in selected universities in Uganda.
5.To assess the moderating effect of the institutional legal framework on the relationship between leadership style and employee level of job satisfaction in selected universities in Uganda.
