Feasibility Study of the Determine™ Syphilis TP II Rapid Test.

1. Determine™ Syphilis TP II test result using a fingerstick capillary whole blood sample against the Abbott Architect i1000SR Syphilis CMIA result using a plasma sample.

2. Determine™ Syphilis TP II test result using a fingerstick capillary whole blood sample against the result of the currently-available Determine™ Syphilis TP test using a fingerstick capillary whole blood sample.

3. Determine™ Syphilis TP test result using a venous plasma sample against the Abbott Architect i1000SR Syphilis CMIA result using a plasma sample.

4. Determine™ Syphilis TP II test result using a plasma sample against the result of the currently-available Determine™ Syphilis TP test using a plasma sample.
The usability of the Determine™ Syphilis TP II test, when using fingerstick capillary whole blood samples and plasma samples, will also be evaluated.
