Feasibility Study of the Determine™ Syphilis TP II Rapid Test.

1. Determine™ Syphilis TP II test result using a fingerstick capillary whole blood sample against the Abbott Architect i1000SR Syphilis CMIA result using a plasma sample.
2. Determine™ Syphilis TP II test result using a fingerstick capillary whole blood sample against the result of the currently-available Determine™ Syphilis TP test using a fingerstick capillary whole blood sample.
3. Determine™ Syphilis TP test result using a venous plasma sample against the Abbott Architect i1000SR Syphilis CMIA result using a plasma sample.
4. Determine™ Syphilis TP II test result using a plasma sample against the result of the currently-available Determine™ Syphilis TP test using a plasma sample.
The usability of the Determine™ Syphilis TP II test, when using fingerstick capillary whole blood samples and plasma samples, will also be evaluated.

To determine the prevalence of urogenital and anorectal infections other than CT/NG in patients presenting to the ART clinic: Trichomonas vaginalis, herpes simplex virus-1 and 2, CT biovars L1, L2, and L3 causing lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV), mpx (monkeypox), and Mycoplasma genitalium.,to determine if adding a CT/NG POCT to the standard of care in the ART clinic reduces overtreatment of CT/NG in symptomatic patients.,To reduce overtreatment of CT and NG in HIV-infected individuals with STI complaints presenting to the ART clinic in Kumi hospital and to determine the prevalence of urogenital and anorectal infections.,
