Skills Development and Graduate Employability in the Hospitality sector of South Western Uganda: case study of kabale district

Rationale o The survey questionnaire provides quantitative data on graduates\' perceived development of socio-emotional skills and their employability outcomes. o In-depth interviews or focus group discussions allow for the gathering of rich qualitative data, exploring graduates\' experiences and the impact of soft skills on employability. o Combining quantitative and qualitative methods will provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between socio-emotional skills and employability.,Objective 1: To establish a link between the development of cognitive and hard skills and graduates\' employability in the hospitality sector. 1. The specific objectives of the MTR are:
