Needs Assessment 1. To assess the frontline immunization healthcare workers’ perceptions, practices and implementation of procedures using the current job aids. a. How well healthcare workers believe the available job aids support them to perform immunization processes or procedures b. How well supervisors believe the available job aids support their staff to perform immunization processes or procedures 2. To identify processes and procedures that may require a job aid versus another approach to improve HCW performance. Human Centered Design Workshops: 1. To prioritize the problem(s) (as identified through the needs assessment) that need to be addressed with job aid(s) with immunization HCWs and supervisors 2. To design practical, useful job aid prototype(s) around 2YL and catch-up immunizations with immunization HCWs and supervisors. ,1. To assess the uses, preferences and technical requirements of current and future 2YL immunization job aids, with the goal of identifying the knowledge gaps for administering the second dose of measles-containing-vaccine -second dose (MCV2) post introduction, including routine and catch-up vaccine job aids. 2. To design, test, and evaluate a prototype for MCV2 and catch-up immunization job aids with healthcare workers using the HCD methodology.,
