1. To determine whether there will be a significant improvement in the HbA1C expression for the study groups after 3-months of exercise training.
2. To determine whether there will be a significant difference in the HbA1C expressions between the 2mM, 2.5mM, and 4mM experimental groups after 3-months of exercise training.
3. To evaluate the experimental groups and specify which ones will have the observed HbA1C expression improvements.
4. To evaluate the exercise testing-stages within each experimental group for the blood lactate experimental group with the HbA1C dose-response effects threshold during the 3-months of exercise training.
