Primary objectives 1. To identify coverage of the interventions to mitigate effects of adolescent pregnancy and promote maternal and child health in the adolescentCOP21 PEPFAR funded districts of Uganda. 2. To determine uptake of interventions by adolescent girls who received pregnancy and motherhood support to mitigate effects of pregnancy and promote maternal and child health adolescentin the COP21 PEPFAR funded districts of Uganda. To compare immediate outcomes and effects of adolescent pregnancy between DREAMS and non-DREAMS COP21 ARPA funded districts.
