To determine the mean nursing time required to train mothers to perform three specific tasks: (1) weigh their baby, (2) assess for danger signs, and (3) track feeds when facilitated by video-assisted teaching.,The purpose of this study is to evaluate a video that teaches mothers how to monitor their baby in a neonatal hospital unit in Uganda. This is with the goal of reducing the amount of time healthcare workers need to spend teaching mothers and ultimately improving the quality of care that sick and small newborns receive in the hospital. ,

Specific objectives
1. To identify the adoption and formulation of the bans, what mechanisms for implementation were proposed and put in place, how the bans were enforced in practice, as well as stakeholder and public perceptions of, and explanations for, intended and unintended consequences of the bans.
